Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Nexus Trading Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the early access list you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What OrderFlow Suite is

OrderFlow Suite is a set of indicators and drawing tools for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. They visualise market data that already exists: bid and ask volume, delta, volume profiles and price levels. They present information. They do not generate trade recommendations, and they do not place orders on your behalf.

Any decision you make after looking at one of our charts is your decision.

Not financial advice

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in the software constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Indicators describe what has already happened in the market. They do not predict what will happen next. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Screenshots and video on this site illustrate how the tools display market data. Any figures visible in them are examples of the software's output, not a representation of results you should expect.

Early access list

Joining the list means we may email you build updates and launch information. It does not create a contract to sell, and it does not oblige you to buy anything.

The founding price of $59 per month, in place of the standard $79, is offered to people who join the list before launch and applies for as long as that subscription remains active without interruption. We reserve the right to change standard pricing for new customers at any time. You can leave the list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

The product is in development. Features, indicator names, timelines and pricing described on this site may change before launch.

Intellectual property

The site, its copy, its designs, the OrderFlow Suite name and the software are owned by Nexus Trading Systems LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile or resell the software or reproduce substantial parts of this site without written permission.

NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. OrderFlow Suite is an independent third party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NinjaTrader.

Third party platform

Our indicators run inside NinjaTrader 8 and depend on your data feed. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of NinjaTrader, your broker, or your market data provider. You are responsible for holding a valid NinjaTrader licence and an appropriate data subscription.

No warranty

The site and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error free, or that calculations will be accurate in every market condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Trading Systems LLC is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops, particularly once payments and accounts exist. The date at the top will change, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
