Privacy Policy

The short version. If you join the early access list we store your email address so we can email you. That is the only personal information we ask for, and we never sell or share it. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and which adverts bring them here, which does set cookies. Details below, including how to switch it off.
Who we are
OrderFlow Suite is operated by Nexus Trading Systems LLC. If you have any question about this policy, or want your data removed, email support@orderflowsuite.com and a person will answer.
What we collect

We do not ask for your name, your broker, your account details or anything about your trading. Your email address is never sent to Google. When you join the list we record that a signup happened, not who it was.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages hold their attention, and which adverts bring them here. We run adverts on Google to reach traders looking for this kind of tool, and without this we would be paying for clicks with no idea whether they lead anywhere useful.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser containing a random identifier. It does not know who you are, but it does recognise a returning browser.
We run Google Consent Mode. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are denied by default, so no cookies are set unless you choose otherwise, and Google receives only anonymous aggregate signals. Elsewhere they are enabled by default, as local law permits.
How to switch it off
- Install Google's Analytics opt out browser add on, which works on every site you visit.
- Turn on "Do Not Track" or block third party cookies in your browser settings.
- Use any ad blocker. We do not attempt to defeat them, and nothing on this site breaks when analytics is blocked.
What we do not do
- No advertising pixels beyond Google. There is no Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel and no data broker script on this site.
- No selling or sharing. Your email address is never sold, rented, traded or handed to advertisers.
- No ads on this site. We buy advertising elsewhere. We do not show any here.
- No linking analytics to your identity. We never connect analytics data to your email address, and we have no way to look up what an individual subscriber read.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job.

These providers are based in the United States, so if you are outside the US your data is processed there.
How long we keep it
Your email address stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe we mark the address as unsubscribed so we do not email you again. Ask us to delete it outright and we remove the record entirely.
Server logs are retained by our host for a short period on their standard schedule and are not used to identify individuals.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send has a one click unsubscribe link in the footer. No reply or explanation needed.
- Ask for a copy. Email us and we will tell you exactly what we hold, which will be your email address and the date you joined.
- Ask for deletion. Email us and we will delete your record and confirm when it is done.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your data, including under the GDPR or the CCPA. We honour those requests regardless of where you are, because with a single email address there is nothing complicated to honour.
Children
This site is intended for adults evaluating trading software. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Credentials for our email provider are stored as encrypted secrets and are never present in the pages your browser downloads. No system is perfectly secure, but the amount of data we hold on you is deliberately tiny, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes to this policy
When the product launches we will add payment processing and user accounts, which means more data and an updated policy. We will change the date at the top when that happens, and material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
